PVC foaming regulator TG-90 is an ultra-high molecular weight polymer with a multilayer structure independently developed by our company. It is a multi-stage emulsion polymerization of acrylic monomers and is widely used in PVC extrusion low-foaming products. Physical and chemical properties

This product is a white flowing powder with a bulk density of 0.40-0.50g/cm3, insoluble in water and ethanol, but soluble in chloroform.

Application characteristics

Adding foaming regulators to PVC extruded low-foaming products can promote the gelation of PVC, improve the thermal strength and extensibility of the melt; improve the surface quality of the products; stabilize the fine cells formed by the foaming agent, The cell walls do not rupture and penetrate each other to form large pores, so the resulting foam has low density and good strength.

This product is mainly used in PVC extruded low-foaming sheets, pipes and profiled materials. It can replace K-125, K-400, PA-30, P-530, PA-828, 20F and other similar foreign products. The actual application effect as follows:

This product is sealed in a plastic bag and then packed in a woven bag. The product certificate is attached inside the bag, and the outside of the package is marked with: trademark, manufacturer name, product net weight, product batch number.
