Mechanism of action

PVC is easy to decompose when heated and sheared, and HCL is released. HCL will catalyze the chain decomposition of PVC macromolecular chain to remove HCL. Due to the high activity of allyl chloride, the reaction can continue to form a multi-olefin structure. There are 6 or more polyene structures in the conjugate system, and the PVC molecule absorbs ultraviolet light, which causes the process from white to yellow to red, severe to the end of coking and crosslinking, to blackening and aging. The replacement of propenyl chloride by zinc soap is accompanied by double bond transfer, which destroys the polyene structure, inhibits discoloration, and forms zinc chloride. Calcium soap regenerates zinc chloride into zinc soap through rich decomposition reaction, which activates zinc soap inhibition Zinc burnt, β-diketone and other organic compounds significantly change the initial coloring of the product, and make up for the lack of calcium and zinc initial coloring. The special antioxidant and reducing agent eliminates the active free radicals generated by the thermal decomposition of PVC, and the polyol derivatives chelate Metal chloride hinders its catalytic decomposition of PVC and does not bloom. The new molecular sieve has the function of capturing and absorbing HCL, preventing the HCL removal reaction from continuing, so that the product has excellent thermal stability and long-term stability.
